Bhubaneswar: In order to ensure social distancing to prevent spread of Coronavirus, the Commissionerate Police has banned mass prayers at Mosques and Iftar parties during the month of Ramadan.
The Twin City police urged the people to offer Namaz at home in a bid to avoid congregation and thereby curb spread and transmission of COVID-19.
The month of Ramadan will commence from 24 or 25 April.
