Flood Update: Water Level of All Major Rivers Recedes, Mahanadi Flows near Danger Mark at Jobra

Bhubaneswar: The levels of all major rivers across the State have began to recede. However, due to rain in upper catchment areas, the water level of river Mahanadi is continues to soar at various places.

Meanwhile, the water level of Hirakud dam stands at 628 fts against the maximum level of 630fts.

While, average inflow of water into the reservoir is 8,22,584 ,cusec per second, the average outflow of water is 7, 65, 408 Cusec per second.
