Bhubaneswar: Former bureaucrat Gopabandhu Dash has been appointed as the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the residential office of Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
Dash, who currently serves as the Political Secretary of the Chief Minister, will get all the facilities in the rank of special secretary.
A notification in this regard has been issued by the Parliamentary Affairs Department.
Prior to his retirement, the renowned bureaucrat had served as the additional secretary at the Chief Minister’s Office.
