Cuttack: The Orissa High Court today granted conditional bail to former Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) secretary Ashirbad Behera.
The bail was granted against two sureties of Rs 1.5 lakh each.
The High Court has ordered Behera to submit his passport, not to influence witnesses and and cooperate in the investigation process.
Behera was arrested in September by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on the basis of a non-bailable warrant over his alleged involvement in chit fund scam.
