New Delhi: Former Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi has tested positive for COVID-19.
45-year-old Afridi posted on his Twitter handle saying that he was feeling unwell since Thursday and asked his supporters to pray for his quick recovery.
“I’ve been feeling unwell since Thursday; my body had been aching badly. I’ve been tested and unfortunately I’m covid positive. Need prayers for a speedy recovery, InshaAllah,” he tweeted.

The number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan reached 132,405 including 2,551 deaths, according to reports.
