Ganjam Admin to Start Dedicated Grievance Redressal Program Dibyangjan Samadhan from Monday

Berhampur: In yet another initiative that is going to immensely help the differently-abled people, the Ganjam District administration is all set to start the exclusive grievance redressal program for them from Monday.

The dedicated program ‘Dibyangjan Samadhan’ will be specially available for the differently-abled people at the BeMC, Block, Sub-Division and District Level.

Under this initiative, every Monday from 10 am to 12 noon, only grievances of the differently-abled persons will be heard and solved by the responsible officials.

Being formulated under the 5T initiatives, the Dibyangjan Samadhan program will deal with issues such as pension, loans, scholarships, disability certificates and assistive devices, informed Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange.

The Ganjam District administration has already made arrangements for the start of the program and all concerned officials have been issued instructions to make it a success.
