Berhampur: Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange today turned saviour to an accident victim when he rescued Sibaram Pradhan in a critical condition and sent him to the hospital.
Kulange was returning from Sheragada from a routine visit, and came across an accident victim at Marudi square on the road in a critical condition. That fellow Sibaram Pradhan aged near about 22-23 of Gobindpur village.
The Collector intervened and shifted that patient in his vehicle and admitted to the Sub divisional Hospital at Hinjili. He also ordered Tahasildar Hinjili Gopinath Kuanr to look after the treatment of the patient.
This humane response by the Collector has been highly appriciated by the local people.
