Ganjam Darshan Bus to Boost Tourism in Dist

Berhampur: The ‘Ganjam Darshan’ bus will play a major role in promoting the tourism sector in Ganjam district.

The special bus service, flagged off by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday during his visit to Ganjam, would make the visitors to easily access to famous tourist destinations in the district.

The ‘Ganjam Darshan’ Bus will connect to famous tourist places, such as Taratarini, Taptapani, Narayani, Sonpur, Gopalpur, Tampara, Potagada, Budhhakhola, Bhanjanagar and Nirmalajhar in the district.

It is an initiative of Ganjam district administration to enable the visitors to explore all major tourist destinations in a day with a package charge, informed Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange.

The 14-hour tour includes around five hours of travel time, around 6.30 hours of sightseeing and another 2.30 hours for breakfast, lunch and high tea for the tourists, according to reports.

The people of Ganjam expressed their deep gratitude to the Chief Minister for launching the unique bus service.
