Bolangir: The Odisha Vigilance sleuths have apprehended the Block Development Officer of Gudvella Binod Kumar Nayak while taking bribe. The Officer was caught while taking a bribe of Rs 1.8 lakh from a contractor in connection with the repair of a government quarter. More details awaited.
