HDFC Bank Opens 170th Branch in Berhampur

Berhampur: India’s largest private sector lender HDFC Bank on Wednesday its new branch in Berhampur to offer full range of world class banking solutions and services to meet the needs of the local population.

The “BRAHMAPUR TOWN” branch was opened near Radio Station, Lochapada Road at Berhampur. It is the HDFC Bank’s 170th branch in Odisha.
The new branch was inaugurated by Vijay Amruta Kulange, Collector and DM, Ganjam in the presence of Shinde Dattatraya Bhausaheb, PD, DRDA, Keerthi Vasan V, Sub Collector, Berhampur, Sambit kumar Rout, SAG-ll , Debendra Nath Jena, Vice president- Cluster Head, HDFC Bank,Odisha, and Sumit Behera, Branch Manager, HDFC Bank.

The new branch will offer services mostly to Lochapada, Nimakhandi, Gurunthi, Burigaon,Bhabinipur, Sitalapalli , Hugulapata and other areas, covering population of approximately 100,000 with the flexibility to carry out their banking transaction hassle-free.

Inaugurating the branch, Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange said that HDFC Bank is definitely growing fast with the excellent infrastructure, dynamic employees, and ultimate service quality.

Speaking on the new branch inauguration, Debendranath Jena, Cluster Head ,HDFC Bank ,Odisha said “Our extensive branch network reiterates our commitment to take formal banking services to every part of Odisha. This brings us closer to our customers, and by offering them our full range of banking services, we hope to make a difference in their daily lives. This Branch will cater to Lochapada ,Nimakhandi,Gurunthi ,Sitalapalliand some areas of Berhampur as well”.
