Bhubaneswar: Odisha has registered 1629 new cases of COVID-19 and 60 deaths in the last 24 hours, according to official data.
The COVID-19 tally in the State surged to 970814 with 17746 active cases. The death toll rose to 5634.
As many as 62686 samples were tested across the State yesterday. The Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 2.59%.
