Berhampur: For Arun Sahu of Kanteikoli village in Hinjilicut in Ganjam District, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s birthday is not an ordinary day. For him, the day is an occasion to celebrate, a day that needs to be remembered and cherished. To make the day a memorable one, Arun has transformed his love for the Chief Minister into a beautiful wood art. A beautiful portrait of Naveen with a Happy Birthday wish is drawn on the soft wood with delicate instruments and pencil art.
Arun wanted to handover the art to Naveen personally, but as the Chief Minister is not celebrating his birthday due to Covid-19 pandemic, he just wished the CM through social media.
For the people of Hinjili, Naveen Patnaik’s Assembly constituency for the last 20 years, the Chief Minister remains in their hearts as the people’s leader. For Naveen too, Hinjli remains the most closest place to his heart.
