The programme hosted eminent corporate executives, such as Kailash Pandey, President and Cluster Head, Hindalco Industries Ltd; Rohit Pathak, CEO, Hindalco Industries Ltd; Nilesh Koul, Business Head & Senior President, Hindalco Industries Ltd; Rajaram Pai, Chief Business Officer-Industrial, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd; Dr. Amitabh Verma, Ex-CEO, President Operations & Technology, Aditya Birla Renewables Ltd; and Gobinda Pal, Deputy CEO (Alumina Business), Vedanta Ltd, who discussed the strategies for leading today’s VUCA- Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous, Environment.
The speakers stressed the value of fostering an atmosphere of trust and understanding among the workforce, including the applications for strategic processes to unlock and generate a customer value chain.
