Bhubaneswar: An Odisha Crime Branch team has reached Berhampur to investigate into the murder of Naba Kishore Das. The four-member investigating team has reached the accused ASI Gopal Das’s residence at Jaleswarpur near Berhampur and is likely to question his wife and other family members. On the other hand, the post-mortem report of Naba Das has been prepared and will be handed over to the Crime Branch.
Another team of the Crime Brach is in Jharsuguda to further investigate the murder of the Minister. The members of the crime branch team have visited the crime scene at Gandhi Chowk. The Scientific team members are carrying out investigations at the crime spot using 3D images. The accused Gopal Das has been produced before the JMFC Court yesterday and the CB has asked for seven day remand of the accused.
