Berhampur: A young and dynamic IAS officer from Odisha’s Ganjam district has penned a heart-touching poem giving a solid hope that humanity will eventually prevail over corona pandemic.
Ganjam District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) Project Director Siddharth Shankar Swain, who is playing a key role in the district administration’s fight against the deadly coronavirus, took his time to pen the poem ‘COVID-19’.
