Sambalpur: Executive MBA, IIM Sambalpur, conducted CEO Immersion Programme from January 23 to 27, 2023.
The programme hosted eminent corporate executives, such as Kailash Pandey, President and Cluster Head, Hindalco Industries Ltd; Rohit Pathak, CEO, Hindalco Industries Ltd; Nilesh Koul, Business Head & Senior President, Hindalco Industries Ltd; Rajaram Pai, Chief Business Officer-Industrial, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd; Dr. Amitabh Verma, Ex-CEO, President Operations & Technology, Aditya Birla Renewables Ltd; and Gobinda Pal, Deputy CEO (Alumina Business), Vedanta Ltd, who discussed the strategies for leading today’s VUCA- Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous, Environment.
The speakers stressed the value of fostering an atmosphere of trust and understanding among the workforce, including the applications for strategic processes to unlock and generate a customer value chain. They also touched upon the transformation that green metals and hydrogen have brought to the business ecosystem.
