London: India maintained winning streak in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 by thrashing West Indies by 125 runs at Manchester on Thursday.
Chasing a victory target of 269 runs, West Indies were bundled out for 143 runs in 34.1 overs.
Mohammed Shami took four wickets (4/16) while Bumrah and Chahal picked up 2 each to destroy West Indies batting.
Earlier, on the back of half-centuries of skipper Virat Kohli (72) and MS Dhoni (56) and Hardik Pandya’s smashing 46 runs from 38 balls helped India to post 268/7 in 50 overs.
For West Indies, S. Ambris scored 31 runs from 40 balls.
India will play England next on 30th June.
