Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Jagatsinghpur district has won the prestigious national-level SKOCH Award for better management of COVID-19 pandemic.
The district administration got the SKOCH Award in SILVER category in COVID Management, informed Jagatsinghpur Collector Sangram Keshari Mohapatra.
“District Administration got the SKOCH Award in SILVER category in COVID Management. It is possible due to the constant guidance by Hon’ble CM, wholehearted support by the people of the district in obeying all guidelines and untiring work by Officials”, the Collector tweeted.
It is the second SKOCH Award for the district in less than two months. Last month, Jagatsinghpur district had got the SKOCH Crucible Award for its e-governance initiatives.
