Chatrapur: At least 11 migrant labourers from Jharkhand have expressed their gratitude to Ganjam SP Brijesh Kumar Rai for facilitating their smooth return to home state.
The migrants from Gadwa District of Jharkhand have given a whole heartedly thanks and appreciated Ganjam police for their humane face and helping them to reach home safely.
These migrant labourers who were working in Andhra Pradesh were returning to their home by walking on NH-16 on scorching heat.
On seeing them walking along the national highway, the Ganjam SP talked with them and directed IIC Rambha police station to make necessary arrangement for safe journey of these migrant labourers.
On reaching their home state, the migrants expressed their gratitude to the SP and Ganjam police.
Meanwhile in a tweet Ganjam SP said, “Thanks msg of the people of Gadwa really appreciable”.
