Bhubaneswar: BJD candidate for the ensuing Jharsuguda by-election Dipali Das met party supremo Naveen Patnaik here on Saturday.
Dipali, daughter of former Health Minister late Naba Kishore Das, was nominated by Naveen Patnaik as the BJD candidate on Friday for the Jharsuguda by-election, which will be held on May 10.
Taking to media, Dipali said that she has come to take blessings of party President and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
She said that she is very happy that the party has reposed its faith on her in the upcoming election.
The BJD will win the election with huge margin, she added.
