Kantabanji: The Kantabanji Police has arrested the son of MLA Santosh Singh Saluja, Seji Singh yesterday night in connection with an assault case. Seji was the prime accused in the assault case wherein a group of people created ruckus inside the Alishan Cinema Hall few days back. The video of the incident has been making rounds in social media. Police has registered a case under Sections 384, 506 and 353 of the IPC and various sections of the Arms Act against the MLA’s son.
The police have also recovered cash amounting to Rs 19 lakhs and various brands of liquor bottles from the gym of Seji Singh yesterday.
