Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance sleuths today caught Lamtaput ACF Surjit Kumar Sahoo with huge amounts of cash. The vigilance department personnel apprehended him when he was heading towards Bhubaneswar in his vehicle. He was promoted to the post of ACF from Ranger yesterday. More details awaited.
