New Delhi: The Low Pressure area over South Andaman Sea has further intensified into Well marked low pressure area over the South East bay of Bengal today. It is likely to intensify into a Depression in next 12 hours. Many places including coastal South Andhra Pradesh and North Tamil Nadu are likely to get heavy rains due to its impact. Also, it is likely to intensify into cyclone Mandous in next 24 to 36 hours.
It is expected to cross between Pondicherry and Nellore by Friday night or Sat morning. Extreme rains expected over North TN on Friday.
