Mishap at NALCO Plant Expansion Site in Damanjodi: Two Labourers Killed, One Critical 

Bhubaneswar: Two labourers were killed and another sustained critical injuries in a mishap at the construction site of the National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) plant at Damanjodi in Koraput district.

Three workers were doing the iron rod binding work at the construction site of the central PSU when the rods fell on them.

The mishap occurred when the workers were engaged at the site as part of the ongoing expansion work of the alumina refinery plant of NALCO, as per reports.

The three labourers were from Jharkhand. The three were trapped under the rods. While two of them died, another sustained critical injury, reports added.
