Bhubaneswar: As the country is observing National Road Safety Month from today, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik urged all to follow road safety rules in true spirit to protect precious lives.
Taking to Twitter, the Chief Minister also appealed everyone to spread awareness on road safety rules.
He said careless driving and unsafe use of roads are major reasons for accidents which put our life at risk & life of others as well.

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari will today flag off National Road Safety Month. The initiative aims to build awareness about road safety and reduce road accidents in the country.
