Naveen Appeals Odias All over the World to Sing ‘Bande Utkal Janani’

Bhubaneswar: With a view to show support, solidarity and strength to the millions of Covid warriors who are fighting from the front for our safety, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has appealed to Odia brothers and sisters from all over the world to sing ‘Bande Utkal Janani’ on Saturday 5.30 pm.

This will show our solidarity to the true warriors because of whose sacrifices we are safe today.

All Odias, wherever they may be, are requested to spare five minutes at exactly 5.30 pm Saturday and stand for singing the state anthem Bande Utkala Janani. Request has been made to stop all vehicular traffic in the state during this time.

All people whether they are on the roads, offices, bazaars or homes are requested to stand in unison and sing Bande Utkala Janani to pay our respects and encourage the Covid Warriors.
