Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has condoled the demise of former Mohana MLA Uday Narayan Dev, who passed away while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar.
ମୋହନା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀର ପୂର୍ବତନ ବିଧାୟକ ଉଦୟ ନାରାୟଣ ଦେବଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ବିଷୟରେ ଜାଣି ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖିତ। ତାଙ୍କ ଅମର ଆତ୍ମାର ସଦଗତି କାମନା କରିବା ସହ ଶୋକସନ୍ତପ୍ତ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୋର ସମବେଦନା ଜଣାଉଛି।

Uday Dev was elected to Odisha Legislative Assembly three consecutive times in 1974, 1977, and 1980 from Mohana Assembly constituency.
He died at the age of 87.
