Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has condoled the passing away of former IAS officer from Odisha, Labanyendu Mansingh.

Mansingh, Gujarat cadre former bureaucrat from Odisha, passed away today while undergoing treatment for COVID-19, according to reports.
The 1970-batch retired IAS Officer was admitted to a hospital in Delhi. He succumbed to the deadly virus today morning.
