Naveen Congratulates Cuttack Collector on Winning National Level SKOCH Gold Award for ‘Mission Zero-F’ Initiative

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today congratulated Cuttack Collector Bhabani Shankar Chayani on winning the prestigious National Level SKOCH Gold Award 2020 for the district administration’s 5T-based innovative educational project ‘Mission Zero F’.

“Congratulate @CuttackDM on winning the national @SKOCH Group Gold Award 2020 for its initiative, “Mission Zero-F”. The initiative aims to improve the performance of Govt School students in HSC Exam through innovative teaching, mentoring and counseling”, tweeted the Office of the Chief Minister.

The “Mission Zero F” project has bagged the prestigious National Level SKOCH Gold Award 2020 for enabling 9759 F (Fail) grade under privileged students of Govt High Schools pass the last HSC Exam.

The project aims at bringing 100% success rate in the annual High School Certificate Examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education, Odisha following the Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s 5T principles of governance – Team Work, Technology, Transparency, Time and Transformation.
