Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated all the successful candidates from Odisha who have cleared the Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2022 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

The UPSC on Tuesday announced the results of the Civil Services (Main) Examination 2022. A total of 933 candidates have been recommended by the Commission for appointment to various Services.
From Odisha, Tharun Patnaik Madala secured 33rd rank, Anup Das 38 rank, Pranita Dash 42 rank, Kasturi Panda (67 rank), Soumya Ranjan Dash (136 rank), Durga Prasad Adhikary (162 rank), Gaurav Kumar Tripathi (226 rank), Sushree Suvangi Khuntia (248 rank), Satya Prakash Mishra (261 rank), Ayushi Pradhan (334 rank), Utkarsh Tripathi (336 rank), Rashmi Pradhan (405 rank), Tejaswini Behera (516 rank), Rakesh Kumar Sahoo (575 rank), Prathama Prateekshya Pradhan (670 rank) and Suvasnnigdha Sethi (680 rank) in the exam.
The Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2022 was conducted on 5th June, 2022. A total of 11,35,697 candidates applied for this examination, out of which 5,73,735 candidates actually appeared in the examination. A total of 13,090 candidates qualified for appearance in the Written (Main) Examination which was held in September, 2022. A total of 2,529 candidates qualified for the Personality Test of the examination. As many as 933 candidates (613 men and 320 women) have cleared the main exam.
