Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday reaffirmed his commitment to safeguard the interests of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and support promotion of the sector.
The Chief Minister, on the occasion of MSME Day, has highlighted the contribution of MSME sector towards sustainable economic growth.
He said that MSMEs play critical role in creation of employment opportunities and have tremendous contribution towards sustainable economic growth.
“On MSME Day, reaffirm commitment to safeguard the interests of MSMEs and support promotion of the sector”, the CM asserted.

Recently, the MSME Department of the Odisha Government has been awarded first prize in the category “National MSME Award 2022 to States/UTs for outstanding contribution in the promotion and development of MSME Sector”.
