Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for providing additional assistance of Rs 3338.22 crore for rebuilding Odisha after cyclone Fani.
Taking to Twitter, the Odisha CM expressed that the assistance will strengthen exchequer for restoration of infra & livelihood of millions affected in the state.

Notably, the High Level Committee (HLC) chaired by Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi has sanctioned additional central assistance of Rs 3338.22 crore for cyclone FANI-affected Odisha.
On May 6, Modi had visited Odisha and conducted aerial survey of Cyclone Fani-affected areas in the State with the Chief Minister.
