Naveen to Attend Niti Aayog Meeting in Delhi on May 27

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is expected to attend the upcoming meeting of the Niti Aayog ’s Governing Council on May 27 in New Delhi.

At the Niti Aayog meeting, the Chief Minister will raise various issues pertaining to the interests of the people of Odisha.

The CM will reiterate the demand for special category status for Odisha. He will also seek special package for the State and opening of banks in all Panchayats as money is being transferred to the beneficiaries through DBT.

Naveen will also present the demand for better telecommunication facilities in the State. While there is 5G service in the city, 2G is not working in the village. To make it 3G or 4G, Naveen will raise the demand in Niti Aayog meeting, as per reports.
