Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will today dedicate 239 Transformed High Schools of the state. The schools to be dedicated today include 90 from Anugul, 64 from Jajpur, 41 from Dhenkanal, 22 from Bargarh, 17 from Koraput and 5 from Gajapati. The Chief Minister will inaugurate the schools virtually today. These are the part of the 1050 High Schools that are being transformed by the State Government under the 5T High Schools Transformation program in the first phase.
As part of the transformation program, the schools are being upgraded with new infrastructure such as buildings, science laboratories, digital smart classrooms, computer labs, E-libraries, drinking water and sanitation facilities etc.
