Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday extended his warm wishes to former President of India Pranab Mukherjee on his 84th birthday.
Naveen prayed for Mukherjee’s long and healthy life on the occasion.

In his birthday wishes to Mukherjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wrote, “Birthday greetings to our remarkable former President and statesman Shri Pranab Mukherjee. He has served India with diligence and determination. He is widely admired across the spectrum for his intellect, wit and razor-sharp memory. Praying for his long life.”
President Ram Nath Kovind also extended his warm greetings to the former President on the occasion.
“Birthday greetings to former President Shri Pranab Mukherjee. A statesman and one of India’s most respected political leader, may you be blessed with a long and healthy life in the service of the nation”, Kovind tweeted.
Pranab Mukherjee, who was the President of India from 2012 to 2017, was awarded the Bharat Ratna, India’s highest civilian award, earlier this year by his successor, President Ram Nath Kovind.
