Nayagarh: 5T Secy Reviews Mega Piped Water Supply Schemes, Discusses Development of Temples

All +2 and Degree Colleges in Nayagarh Dist to Be Transformed

Bhubaneswar: As per the direction of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian is on two day visit to Nayagarh District to review the progress of various development projects.

He reviewed the ongoing Mega piped water supply schemes at a cost of Rs 1577 crores. The projects will be operationalised in phases starting from December 2023.

He visited the Tala Maninag Temple and Shri Jagannath Temple in Ranpur, Mahavir Temple in Daspalla and interacted with Sebayats, Trustee members and general public for holistic development of Temple along with better facility for the devotees and took suggestion on various aspects of transformation of the temple and its development. He directed the district administration to prepare a master plan for development of these temples.

He visited CHC, Ranpur to review the progress of the AMA hospital and the new 30 bedded Hospital building and interacted with the Doctors, staff, patients and attendants.

He also visited Mission Shakti Cafe at Daspalla and interacted with Mission Shakti members on the functioning of the cafe and other livelihood activities.

Pandian reviewed the progress of AMA hospital and the new 100-bedded Hospital building in DHH, Nayagarh where he visited different wards, OPDs, MCH, Niramaya and interacted with Doctors, staff, patients, attendants.

In Machhipada, Nayagarh he interacted with Krishna Chhenapoda Producer Group Members and assured them of support of government for their expansion and marketing.

Pandian later interacted with the public in Ranpur, Daspalla, Bhapur and Khandapada regarding their grievances. He conveyed that Chief Minister lays emphasis on grievance redressal as a priority for the administration. He assured them of early grievance redressal.

Special Secretary to CM, R. Vineel Krishna, IG, Asish Singh, Collector & DM, Nayagarh, Rabindra Nath Sahu, S.P. Nayagarh, Rahul Jain and other district level officials accompanied him during the visit.
