Nayagarh: In a significant development in the Pari murder case of Nayagarh district, accused Saroj Sethy, who was produced before the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) today, refused to undergo narco analysis test.
Subsequently, the court rejected the SIT’s plea for the narco test.
Notably, the SIT, which is investigating into the Pari murder case, had appealed the POCSO Court seeking permission for conduct of the test of the accused.
