New Delhi: Tribal leader and Biju Janata Dal member Niranjan Bishi has taken oath as a member of the Rajya Sabha today. Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu administered the Oath to Bishi. The newly elected Rajya Sabha members who were elected through by-elections in the recent past were administered the oath today. Niranjan Bishi is the only candidate elected through a by-election. Bishi took oath today in the Rajya Sabha Chamber.
