Malkangiri: Niti Aayog, the nation’s highest policy making body, has appreciated the efforts of the Malkangiri District administration for opening fifty Adarsh Anganwadi Centers in the district. On the occasion of Children’s Day, the district administration has inaugurated fifty model AWCs in various areas of Malkangiri District.
The Model AWSs have the best infrastructure and facilities for the children and the Anganwadi workers.

Initiating the first phase of developing 1,250 AWCs as Model Anganwadis, the admin of #AspirationalDistrict Malkangiri inaugurated 50 Model AWCs to mark the occasion of #ChildrensDay2019.

This initiative is a part of the Central plan that wants to set up 1250 Model Anganwadi Centers across India that will have. According to the Niti Aayog, this is the first phase of the plan to build model Anganwadi centers across the country.
The state government has provided all the required resources for setting up of these centers.
