5T on Ground: Chandra, Bikram Make Surprise Landing at MKCG
Berhampur: As Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik directed the BJD legislators and MPs to make surprise visits to government offices for a reality check of delivery of services to the people, following the instruction Berhampur MP Chandrasekhar Sahu and local MLA Bikram Panda on Sunday made surprise visit to MKCG Medical College and Hospital here on Sunday to learn about the quality of services being provided to the patients.
Berhampur: As Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik directed the BJD legislators and MPs to make surprise visits to government offices for a reality check of delivery of services to the people, following the instruction Berhampur MP Chandrasekhar Sahu and local MLA Bikram Panda on Sunday made surprise visit to MKCG Medical College and Hospital here on Sunday to learn about the quality of services being provided to the patients.
The leaders visited several departments, super specialty block, indoor and different wards in the hospital.
They have talked to the patients and their relatives about the delivery of services to them at MKCG hospital, the only major medical institution in Southern Odisha.
Besides, the MLA and MP also discussed with the medical staffs about repairing of buildings of certain wards. They also assured that necessary steps would be taken to resolve the shortage of doctors and other staffs at the hospital.
