Bhubaneswar: Senior BJD leader and Nayagarh MLA Arun Kumar Sahoo has strongly countered BJP leader Jagannath Pradhan on the issue of Sankha Bhawan canteen, alleging that the saffron party is doing cheap politics.
Instead of focusing on developmental works and administration, the BJP is more interested to know what the BJD is doing. It seems that the BJP has no work to do, the BJD MLA said.
When Sankha Bhawan was built, it was made an office of the people. Regular meetings are being held at Sankha Bhawan gathering party workers, leaders, and the public. And people are coming to the Sankha Bhawan canteen. What is wrong in it, asked Arun Sahoo.
Like the railways and parliament, there is a canteen in Sankha Bhawan. When BJP leaders want to eat, they are invited to the Sankha Bhawan canteen and eat pure vegetarian food, Sahoo said while urging the BJP leaders not to indulge in cheap politics.
