The fake doctor has been identified as Deepak Kumar Nahak, who had allegedly carrying one forged ID card which mentions Dr. Deepak Kumar Nahak, OPD Supervisor, MKCG, MCH, Berhampur.
Based on reliable information, the BN Pur Police caught hold of Nahak who was impersonating himself as a doctor inducing the patients that he could provide better treatment by the MKCH medical staffs.
The police said that Nahak had procured that forged I/D card after printing it at one Rabi Arts.
The owner of Rabi Arts Rabindra Kuamr Majhi and a worker S.K.Abdul Sattar have knowingly abetted the offence of cheating by providing the forged ID card to Deepak Kumar Nahak.
Previously MKCG Medical College had engaged this Rabi Arts to issue ID cards to their doctors. Hence this shop had access to the original OD card format and also the signature of Dean of MKCG which was used to make the fake Doctor ID card. However since the last one year MKCG management has not issued any ID card making work to Rabi Arts .
Deepak Kumar Nayak who is pursuing engineering course second year in a private college is staying in Ankuli in a rented apartment.
