Puri: Holi, the festival of colors, has been celebrated in the holy city of Puri today with traditional fervor and gaiety.

People from different walks of life came together to celebrate the festival smearing colors on each other and exchanged greetings. They were also seen taking all precautions in view of the scare caused by coronavirus.
In some areas, people were seen playing Holi while wearing masks and several avoided embracing each other.

Earlier today, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik extended warm greetings to the people on the occasion.

“Let the festival of color Holi bring joy to everyone with blessings of Lord Jagannath. Jay Jagannath,” the CM tweeted.
