Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today said that the ministers designated for hoisting the National Flag in Independence day ceremony in Puri and Ganjam have been advised for quarantine since a Covid Positive case was found to be in their close proximity during a meeting recently.
The Collectors of Puri and Ganjam will hoist the National flag at the Independence Day ceremony in their respective districts, an official statement said.
Notably, Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari and Commerce & Transport Minister Padmanabha Behera were designated to hoist the flag in Puri and Ganjam districts respectively.
