Phulabani: A Panchayat Executive Officer (PEO) was caught red-handed by the vigilance officers while he was accepting bribe from a person in Kandhamal district.
The accused PEO has been identified as Titas Naik of Saramani GP under Daringibadi block of Kandhamal district.
Naik was apprehended by the vigilance sleuths while he was demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 10,000 from the complainant for furnishing PMAY eligibility report.
Sri Titas Naik, Panchayat Executive Officer (PEO), Saramani G.P, under Daringibadi Block, Dist- Kandhamal has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance on 17.8.2021 while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 10,000/- from the complainant for furnishing PMAY eligibility report.
