Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rain and thunderstorm in 12 districts of Odisha for next 24 hours. Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rain and thunderstorm in 12 districts of Odisha for next 24 hours.
The weather department has predicted thunderstorm accompanied with lightening is very likely over parts of Angul, Balasore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Keonjhar, Khordha, Mayurbhanj and Puri.
These weather conditions are likely to prevail till 8:30 am tomorrow, it said.
The weather department also cautioned the fishermen not to venture into the sea along the Odisha coast for the next 24 hours due to high waves and rough sea condition.
