Mo Sarkar is an initiative under the 5T model of governance to herald a transformation in government offices.
Initially, the programme was implemented at the state-run hospitals and police stations.
After getting overwhelming response, the State Government has included several other departments including Agriculture, Higher Education and Panchyati Raj in the Mo Sarkar programme on December 1.

The Women, Child Development and Mission Shakti department was brought under the purview of 5T and Mo Sarkar initiatives on Tuesday.
Recently, the NITI Aayog, a policy think tank of the Indian Government, has highly appreciated the 5T initiative.
‘Transformation, technology, teamwork, transparency & timelines. Odisha has adopted a 5T agenda to transform its education system, to achieve the goal of all children at grade-appropriate learning level in a school environment that is conducive and engaging”, the NITI Aayog said .
