Odia Spinster Dutee to Represent India in International Athletics Meets

Bhubaneswar: Ace sprinter Dutee Chand has been selected to represent India at International Athletics Meets this month.

“Odisha Olympian @DuteeChand selected to represent India at International Athletics Meets in Almaty, Kazakhstan, July 6-7 and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, July 13-14, 2019”, the Odisha Sports Department said on its official Twitter handle.
The Odia sprinter had won a bronze medal in women’s 200m event in the 23rd Asian Athletics Championships in April this year.

Earlier, Dutee broke her own record twice in the 100 metre race at the Asian Athletics Championship.
