Bhubaneswar: A 25-day old premature baby in Odisha has successfully fought the battle against COVID-19 inspiring others to stay strong during the pandemic.
After contracting corona infection, a premature baby body from Nuapada district has defeated COVID-19. The newborn has been discharged from the hospital in a week.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has highly appreciated the efforts and dedication of doctors and healthcare staff for saving the premature baby.
“Appreciate the dedication of doctors & supporting staff in Nuapada, for successfully treating a 25-day-old baby, born prematurely who contracted COVID-19”, the CM tweeted.
The new-born, who has been discharged from the hospital will inspire others to stay strong during the pandemic, he added.
