Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan today launched the much-awaited Bindusagar lake rejuvenation project.
The Bindusagar lake cleaning project will be implemented at estimated cost of Rs 70 lakh under CSR programme of Indian Oil.
Bindusagar is one of the natural heritage and holy lakes in temple city Bhubaneswar.
It is situated in the north of the 11th century Lingaraj temple.
The Odisha Government is carrying out the Ekamra Kshetra Heritage Project for the beautification of the entire periphery of Lingaraj temple and provisioning of all amenities for the devotees and tourists.
